Slack Alice are an emerging hard rock band from Coventry who formed last September and have already built up a following through heavy gigging since their formation. The four piece is comprised of Thomas Gould – Vocals, James Pilling – Guitar, Joe Mangle – Bass and Adam Gostick – Drums. The band have recorded and released their debut single ‘Wise Man’ which is available right now!

‘Wise Man’ is a groove driven rocker which harks back to the birth of the classic rock genre in the early seventies. The track has a very retro vibe which will appease fans of early classic rock, it has a scuzzy vibe and slight psychedelic hints which will definitely also intrigue fans of stoner rock. A very promising debut track from this new act who I reckon will hit all the right notes with hard rock fans and are a band I’m sure many will want to check out live based on the flow of this track alone. One to keep your eyes peeled for if bands like The Doors and Led Zeppelin float your boat!
