The Dan Reed Network have announced they will be hitting the road in the UK again for an extensive tour including a show at The Robin in Bilston on March 12th – special guests for the tour will be the mighty VEGA so as you can imagine I’m very excited about finally seeing my favourite band at my favourite venue!

Kane Roberts has signed to Frontiers Records for his forthcoming solo album which be unleashed in 2017. I reckon Roberts will be on next May’s Frontiers Fest bill, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Cry Of Dawn who feature vocalist Goran Edman have released another official audio video for the track ‘Tell Me’ which you can check out below. The self-titled album is out on September 23rd through Frontiers Records.

Anette Olzon (Nightwish/Alyson Avenue) and Jani Limatianen (Cain’s Offering) have teamed up for a new project which should be released in 2017 on the Frontiers Records label.

Former Ratt vocalist Stephen Pearcy will release his new solo album Smash through Frontiers Records in 2017. You can check out the video for ‘I Can Take It’ right now as a taste of what to expect. Alongside Roberts I suspect there will be a Frontiers Fest appearance from Pearcy!

New British blues based rockers Raveneye have released a new video for the track ‘Madeline’ which you can enjoy below. It’s from their debut album Nova which is out now on Frontiers Records.

The first taste of the new Roth / Brock project is the official audio video for the track ‘We Are’. You can have a looksee below to see what this new song writing partnership have created. The self-titled debut album will be unleashed through Frontiers Records on November 4th.

Love/Hate has released a new album Before The Blackout through AOR Boulevard Records. It features linear notes from Dave Reynolds and is a collection of demo’s recorded by the band in 1986/87. Tracks featured include ‘Date With Fate’, ‘I’ve Got To Dream’, ‘Skid Row Gypsy’ and ‘Love Burns’.

Pretty Maids have released and audio video for the track ‘Humanize Me’, check it below. It’s taken from their forthcoming album Kingmaker on Frontiers Records and released on November 4th.

Eternal Idol will release their debut album The Unrevealed Secret on December 2nd through Frontiers Records. Tracks set for inclusion are ‘Evil Tears’, ‘Blinded’, ‘Hall of Sins’ and ‘Feels Like I’m Dying’.

Hevidence will release their debut album Nobody’s Fault through Frontiers Records on December 2nd. The track list includes ‘Dig In The Night’, ‘Miracle’, ‘So Unkind’ and ‘All I Ever Needed’.

Dario Mollo’s Crossbones unleash Rock The Cradle on December 2nd through Frontiers Records. Mollo who has worked with Tony Martin and Glenn Hughes on past projects returns to his first band Crossbones and will work with vocalist Carl Sentence. Tracks to be included are ‘Take Me High’, ‘I Got This Feeling’, ‘In My Blood’ and ‘Speed’.

Graham Bonnet has released the latest music video and single from his forthcoming album The Book which is out on November 4th through Frontiers Records. You can watch ‘Into the Night’ here, and is filmed in 360 degrees allowing viewers to move around and watch various members at any chosen time.

Well it seems hell has frozen over and Phil Lewis and Tracii Guns have reunited LA GUNS. As I’ve previously reported the band have already announced they will be playing HRH AOR in North Wales next March. They will also be on tour in the UK at the same time including a show at Wolverhampton Slade Rooms on the 18th of March. They have signed to Frontiers Records for the release of all new album which is scheduled for release in the summer of 2017.

Enuff Z’Nuff will release their new album Clowns Lounge through Frontiers Records on December 2nd. It’ll feature the tracks ‘Runaway’, ‘She Makes It Harder’, ‘Round and Round’ and ‘Nothing’. The album is a collection of re-worked and recorded early demo’s and rarities and features a guest appearance by the late Jani Lane.

Stan Bush has written and recorded a new song ‘Warrior’ exclusively to be featured in new computer game ‘Shadow Warrior 2’. An EP entitled ‘Warrior’ has been released by Bush and also features new versions ‘The Touch’ and ‘Never Surrender’. Check the EP out at the following link.

New ‘All Star’ band Rock Wolves will release their self-titled debut album through SPV/Steamhammer on October 28th. The band Features Herman Rarebell, Michael Voss and tracks included will be ‘What About Love’, ‘Riding Shotgun’, ‘I Need Your Love’ and ‘Lay With Me’.

Escape Music will release the solo album from vocalist Apollo (Spiritual Beggars / ex-Firewind) on November 18th. The album entitled Waterdevils will feature the tracks ‘Revolution for the Brave’, ‘Buried In A Flame’, ‘Rise Up’ and ‘Chasing Shadows’.

Finnish melodic rockers Montage have signed a deal with Fastball music and they will release their second album Metamorphosis in November.

PJ Farley (Trixter) has released another music from his recently released album Boutique Sound Frames which is out now on MelodicRock Records. Of the track PJ states – ‘With Suicide Prevention Month just barely behind us it seemed timely to release this track. this song is for those who think they might not have any options. A subject and cause I am all too familiar with so hopefully this can contribute to a glimmer of hope in some tiny little way. Check out ‘The Fallen’ below.

Founder member of H.E.A.T guitarist Eric Rivers has announced he has left the band. All the official statements indicate an amicable split and Rivers is just chasing new musical paths. The remaining members of the band are searching for a new lead guitarist.

Guitarist Magnus Karlsson and Lord of Black vocalist Ronnie Romero have teamed up to form The Ferrymen. They will release their debut album on Frontiers Records in 2017.

Blues rockers Blackberry Smoke have announced a UK tour for 2017 in support of their new album Like An Arrow. This includes a show at the 02 Academy in Birmingham on the 7th of April.

The Legendary Night Ranger will release a new live album / DVD on December 2nd through Frontiers Records. The track list will include the following classic’s ‘Four In The Morning’, ‘Don’t Tell Me You Love Me’, ‘Sister Christian’ and ‘You Can Still Rock In America’.

Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider releases his solo album We Are The Ones on October 28th. It includes the tracks ‘Over Again’, ‘Close To You’, ‘Head Like A Hole’ and ‘Superhero’.

Quiet Riot who had recently been using Jizzy Pearl as their lead vocalist have now recruited Seann Nichols (Adler’s Appetite) to take up lead vocals for them. They will release a brand new album in 2017 through Frontiers Records.

Lions Pride Music have signed King Of Bones for the release of their second album Don’t Mess With The King.

MelodicRock Records have been teasing us for a while with the promise of some ultra-rare and unreleased tracks from the past. The First of these releases will be from vocalist Arti Tisi and the album will include the cult classics ‘Love Finds You Guilty’, ‘I’ll Be There’, ‘Love You Too Much’ and ‘A Little Too Early’.

Boneyard Dog are the brainchild of Rob Mancini and Davy Kerrigan and their debut album Bluesbound Train will be released through AOR Heaven on November 25th. It’ll include the track ‘Hundred Guns’, ‘Lay Down The Law’ and ‘Mother Lode’.

Australian AOR rockers White Widdow will release their new album Silhouette through AOR Heaven on November 25th.  Songs set for inclusion are ‘Last Chance For Love’, ‘Stranded’ and ‘Wild At Heart’.
